World Tai Chi & Qigong Day in Harlem

World Tai Chi & Qigong Day in Harlem
Saturday, April 25
St. Nicholas Park's plaza at 135th Street

10:00 AM until Noon
World Tai Chi & Qigong Day
Dr. Robert J. Woodbine and Tony Rogers will once again be celebrating from the St. Nicholas Park's plaza at 135th Street.

This annual and global event was created by Bill Douglas to promote global peace and wellness through Tai Chi and Qigong practice and awareness.

For the past 11 years, on the last Saturday in April, millions of people in 65 countries and all 50 states in the US simultaneously begin their practice of Tai Chi and Qigong at 10:00 AM in their time zone. The intent is to generate a global sensibility and consciousness of peace and wellness together for that two hour period that can reverberate and continue to sustain itself thereafter.

Last year, participants joined us for sessions in basic Qigong and Tai Chi (taijiquan) movement as well as graciously provided complimentary Ki Energy treatments.

Please mark your calendars and join us! No prior experience is required. Wear loose comfortable clothing, sneakers and bring water to drink.

What in the world is Zrii?

A former colleague of ours asked me that last night. Twitter users @JulieZrii and @bbackal were kind enough to provide me with some samples a few weeks ago... The results - I was more alert, felt energized for days, and I didn't have the need for the occasional quad espresso. You decide for yourself - zrii.com
